Translational Relevance, Utility, Scalability, and Trustworthiness of NAMs 
A quantitative guardrail framework that benchmarks New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) against human biology using transfer learning. TRUST-NAM™ is implemented using human cohort–anchored transfer learning, deterministic pathway scoring (COMPASS™), and quantitative guardrails that generate transparent report cards of humanness, relevance, and fidelity, enabling reproducible model evaluation and decision-grade translational science.
