    Pooja Parthasarathy

    Undergraduate Researcher

    pparthasarathy@ucsd.edu

Pooja is a senior at the University of California San Diego majoring in Bioinformatics with a minor in Computer Science. At PreCSN, she develops next-generation computational tools that bridge artificial intelligence, network biology, and translational medicine. By integrating transcriptomic, genomic, and microbiome data at scale, she seeks to reveal hidden patterns of disease, prioritize therapeutic opportunities, and transform complex biological data into actionable knowledge for precision healthcare.
